What is the square footage of the park model RVs for sale?

Maximum heating and cooled floor space is 399 square feet.  Height doesn’t count so many units have lofts that make them “feel” much bigger.  They also come with covered porches that add another 100 to 120 sq feet. Porches do NOT count in the 399 sq feet.  Porches come standard 10 feet long and be extended to 12 feet long.

Are these really RV’s?

YES! Clayton Park Models are built according to Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) standards. These are obviously not for traveling the country, living the “RV Life,” but they are PERFECT if you are looking for a tiny home option that has much more flexibility than the traditional tiny homes on the market. These models have RV hookups and can legally be placed/parked in RV parks. We would love to have you park in our new Smuggler’s Cove Marina and Luxury RV Park, which is under construction but will be ready for you and your boat this summer!

What kind of setup is needed to install one of these on my property?

A 50 Amp power supply, water supply, and sewer line would be required. Zoning laws vary from state to state, even down to neighborhood HOAs, so check with your local zoning authorities to determine whether this type of “tiny home” would be allowed on your property.

How much do they cost?

It varies depending on the make, model and amenities you chose.   The “ballpark price” for models we have on display is $169K, however some models can be customized and ordered at a lower cost! On the other side, models with features such as two bedrooms can be ordered at a higher cost! These are not one-size-fits-all.

Are the appliances included?

Yes! All models come equipped with major appliances. Many different custom options are available, but are included in the price of our park models and cottages/destination trailers.

What kind of warranty is offered?

Manufacturers warranties are included with each park model or destination trailer we sell. The specifics of each warranty are available directly from the manufacturers.
